Shop-local passport
Team up with four to six nearby businesses. Visitors get a card stamped at each one they visit, and a full card is an entry into a joint draw. Make sure people can also enter without buying anything, and agree in writing who runs the draw and who gives each prize.
Prize idea: A basket with one item or voucher from every business on the passport.
Live draw in the shop
Collect entries in the two weeks before, online and in the shop. At a set time on Saturday, run the draw on a screen everyone can see, then post the proof link so people who weren't there can check it.
Prize idea: A gift card or a bundle of your best sellers.
Spin for a local treat
Set up a prize wheel at the counter with prizes from your shop and from neighbouring businesses. Anyone who comes in on Saturday can spin once, no purchase needed. Name the partner on each slice so visitors know where to collect.

Favourite local business shout-out
Ask followers to comment the name of their favourite local business, other than yours. Every comment is an entry. The prize is a voucher for the business the winner named, which you buy, so both of you get a mention.
