What is a draw record?
Every draw on SocialContests.com saves a small record: the draw code (the random number the winners were picked with), a list code (a short code that changes if any name on the list changes), the settings and the winners. With it, anyone can run the same draw again and see that it picks the same winners. Short lists travel inside the draw link. For long lists, the host keeps draw-record.json and the entry list, and you can upload both here.
