How it works
- Add your prizes with an odds weight and, if you like, how many you have in stock.
- Check the chance shown next to each prize. Slice sizes match those chances.
- Press Spin. The prize is picked first, then the wheel stops on it.
- When a prize runs out, it leaves the wheel on its own.
Questions and answers
Is the prize wheel random, or can a spin be steered?
It's random. Your browser's secure random number generator picks the prize before the wheel moves, using exactly the odds shown on the page. The wheel is then turned to stop on that prize, so the animation can't change the result.
How do prize odds work?
Give each prize an odds weight. Its chance is its weight divided by the total of all weights, shown as a percentage. For example, weights 6, 3 and 1 give 60%, 30% and 10%. Slices are sized to those chances. Equal-size slices make the wheel look even, but the chances stay the same.
Can I add my brand logo to the prize wheel?
Yes. Add a PNG, JPEG or SVG up to 2 MB under Customise, and pick one of six colour sets or a colour for each prize. The logo stays in your browser and is never put in a share link.
Can a prize come off the wheel once it's gone?
Yes. Set a stock for a prize, and each win lowers it by one. At 0 the prize leaves the odds and the wheel, and a note says so. When every prize is gone, Spin is turned off and the page says "All prizes given out". To remove winning names instead, use the name wheel.
How do I record prize spins for social media?
Choose Full screen or Vertical 9:16 under Customise, open it, and start your screen recorder before you spin. The 9:16 view fits Instagram Stories, Reels and TikTok. Leave sound on if you want the ticks in the video.
