Questions and answers
How do I print raffle tickets at home?
Download the PDF and open it. In the print dialog, choose the paper size you picked here and set the scale to 100% or "Actual size", not "Fit to page". Each page holds 10 tickets. Cut along the crop marks at the corners, then cut each ticket along the dashed line to separate the stub.
Which paper should I use?
Plain paper works. Light cardstock is easier to handle and harder to tear, so it suits tickets better, as long as your printer can feed it. Print on the same paper size you chose here, so the tickets line up with the crop marks.
How do I number raffle tickets?
Enter the first number and how many tickets you need. The tickets are numbered in order with no gaps, and every number gets the same number of digits, so 1 to 500 prints as 001 to 500. The stub and the ticket always carry the same number. For a second batch, start at the next unused number.
How do I draw the winner?
Put the stubs of the sold tickets in a container and pull one out, or use the raffle generator. The Draw winning tickets button opens it with your number range already filled in. If some tickets weren't sold, list their numbers there to skip them, so only sold tickets can win.
Can I add a QR code?
Yes. Paste a link that starts with https:// and every ticket gets a QR code that opens it, for example your event page. The QR code is made in your browser. Scan one with your phone before you print the whole batch.
Is it legal to sell raffle tickets?
Paid raffles are regulated. In many places only charities and nonprofits can run them, and rules vary by state/country.
